What customization options are offered for OEM spice racks?
We provide complete OEM customization including laser engraving your brand logo on the top knob or base of the rack, silk screening branding on glass jars, powder coating rack frames in custom Pantone colors (matte black, rose gold, champagne gold), and supplying custom retail boxes with pre-printed spice label stickers.
How do you prevent glass jar breakage during sea and air transit?
Our packaging uses reinforced 5-ply export master cartons tested via in-house bursting strength testers. Each glass jar is cradled securely inside molded internal dividers or customized EPE foam inserts, verified to withstand 1.2-meter drop tests without breakage.
Are the glass bottles and plastic dispenser lids certified for food contact?
Yes. We strictly utilize virgin BPA-free polymers and lead-free soda-lime glass. All parts comply with FDA regulations for the US and LFGB regulations for European markets. Test reports can be provided upon sample request.
What are your production lead times for 20ft and 40ft container orders?
Standard lead time for full container load (FCL) orders is 30 to 40 days after mass production sample and artwork approval. Repeat orders with confirmed packaging can be dispatched in 25 to 30 days.
