What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on model and customization level. Selected electric coffee grinders start from 2 pieces for sampling, the mini portable coffee maker from 201 pieces, and most custom-branded grinders and salt and pepper mills run from 500 to 2,000 pieces.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We offer minor customization (logo, packaging, graphics), sample-based customization, design-based customization, full customization and complete ODM development, supported by our own molding and metal-forming lines.
Ceramic burr or stainless steel burr — which should I choose?
Ceramic conical burrs stay sharp longer, run cooler and never rust, making them ideal for manual coffee grinders and salt mills. Stainless steel burrs or blades cut faster and suit electric grinders with higher daily throughput. We help match the core to your price point and end user.
How do you control quality?
Incoming raw material checks, inline inspection on a dedicated inspection line, and lab testing including salt spray, temperature and humidity aging, battery testing, carton bursting strength and voltage endurance.
Can I verify your factory before ordering?
Yes. Our facility was assessed on-site by Intertek. You can review the assessment report, watch the factory video online, or schedule a visit to our plant in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
